Brenda has been the on site manager of Farmingdale Townhouses since 1995. She has a vast knowledge of property management, and the real estate business as a whole. Real estate has been her career path for most of her working years. Her strong management style is unprecedented.

Prior to coming to Farmingdale, Brenda was a successful Realtor. There is no doubt Brenda knows how to make living here a warm comfortable environment.

Joey Hedrick

Joey joined the Farmingdale Townhouse management team in August 2008. Before coming to join our team, Joey had his own thriving carpet and tile business. His talents extend beyond carpet and tile to all trades of the construction business. His thorough and meticulous work style is a welcome addition to Farmingdale.
